ReelRosé is an on-air personality, actress and filmmaker from Miami,FL. Relocating to New York,
this media maven has stretched her career, with over 7 years in both radio and television that includes ABC news, wining an Emmy Award with Good Morning America, The Source Magazine , 99Jamz - Cox Radio , CBS news and many more. After gaining some production credits, Reel Rosé launched her own production company, Desert Cinema Productions. Additionally, she' s known as former radio co-host of "The Trip Radio Show" on DTFradio.com, covering hip hop and R&B with over 10,000 listeners in the urban market of New York and winning the 2014 UMA winner "Best Online Radio Show"#DaCypha Show. Currently, she is the digital content producer and host of "Real Deal with Reel Rose", interviewing celebrities and rising stars from behind the scenes to the red carpet on BET, Tidal, MTV and private movie screenings and events. “It’s the Real Deal when Reel Rose is here” is the motto she lives by with using her social streams to influence and inspire her supporters as she brings them along her journey.
Reel Rose was born in Long island, New York . Her parents are of Haitian and Cuban heritage and she is one of a sibling of five. At the age of five her family went into real estate, relocating Rosé to Miami, Florida . Rosé was involved in many activities during high school, but film and music was her main interest. She went to The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where she studied Film and Media production with a minor in Broadcasting.
Reel Rosé landed her first high-profile job at, Cox radio: 99 Jamz & Hot 105, at the age of 19. She later ventured into film and media production to broaden her skills by freelancing for director Gil Green at 305 films producing music videos for artist such as: Flo Rida, Rick Ross and Ace Hood. During same time she also worked in broadcasting news with networks like ABC news (Local 10) and Fox News (WSVN). In 2009, Rosé graduated in Digital Media Productions. It was then where she decided to move to New York, with the infamous motto : "If you can make it here (New York) you can make it anywhere".
In 2011, Rosé launched her own production company Desert Cinema Productions where she directs and produce various of independent projects and commercials. alongside writer and best friend, Stephanie Dorceant with their first short called "Hearts of Vengeance (IMDB) Since then, she's worked on projects with various networks in news, entertainment and independent production companies such as: CBS news ,The Source Magazine, ABC Networks , American Pickers, and the OWN Network.
In 2014, Rose was approached and joined to be co-host of The Trip Radio Show . An online radio streaming, marketing to online viewers on DTFradio and Impact Radio. She interviewed various celebrities and interesting guest. She also pursued another avenue in the market of entertainment by becoming an on screen talent. She made her film debut landing projects with reality TV shows, commercials, independent projects, web series and music videos. During her career she focuses on motivating and inspiring the youth through social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube ) which you can follow her day-in-the-life of to success.
